Valley of the Sun Dog Rescue received an urgent call about a group of dogs living on a property with farm equipment. One little girl, a tripod who might be pregnant, needed immediate help. She had been trapped in a hay bale, leading to a leg injury that was left untreated. We agreed to rescue her, and two days later, she was safely caught.
When Trish arrived, she was frightened and unfamiliar with house life. Within two days, she started walking and hasn't stopped wagging her tail since. Trish is loving, enjoys sitting by you for affection, and is house and crate trained. She gets along well with kids and remains cheerful despite her missing leg. She needs a patient and loving owner to help her continue adjusting.

Loki grew up in a country environment and has gone to Board and Train at Side by Side Dog Training to learn some obedience and how to behave in public and in the house. He is doing amazing and so wants to please. He is house trained crate trained and loves all people big and small. He will be done with training very soon and we are hoping to have a forever home ready for him.
